DS are delighted to announce the first edition our new magazine, "discover".  We've put together this magazine to update you with all of our latest gluten free news.  We sent copies of the magazine out to a number of people who have signed up with us, however, if you have coeliac disease, gluten or wheat intolerance and didn't receive a free copy and you would like a copy sent to you, please contact us as we still have a few left!

The magazine also features lots of gluten free recipes including gluten free picnic recipes and the recipe for our delicious gluten free lemon meringue pie!    There is also lots of gluten free advice and a true life story from Alison, who has coeliac disease.  Alison's daughter, Cara, also has coeliac disease but as a family they don't let coeliac disease effect their way of life.  Rather than cooking specific gluten free recipes, the family simply adapt mainstream recipes to gluten free.  We'd like to thank Alison for sharing her experiences of living with coeliac disease, if you follow a gluten free diet and would like to tell us your experiences, please click here to email us.
