Spice up a night in with this unique popcorn recipe with a kick of chilli. Or why not try as a warming Halloween or Bonfire Night nibble?

Suitable for people diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, those who are suffering from a gluten and wheat allergy or intolerance.

  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking time: 5 minutes
  • Oven temperature: 180°C/160°Fan/ Gas Mark 4

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/ Gas Mark 4.
2. In a large bowl crush the rice cakes into small pieces.
3. Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl, add to the crushed rice cakes and combine together well.
4. Tip onto a baking sheet and spread out. Place in the oven and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Serve immediately.
