Suitable for people diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, those who are suffering from a gluten and wheat allergy or intolerance.

- Oven temperature: 180°C/160°Fan/ Gas Mark 4
ingredients
- 5 DS-gluten free lightly salted rice cakes ,
- 4 tbsp Sunflower Oil ,
- 2 tsp Worcester Sauce ,
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder ,
- 1 tsp Garlic Puree ,
method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/ Gas Mark 4.2. In a large bowl crush the rice cakes into small pieces.
3. Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl, add to the crushed rice cakes and combine together well.
4. Tip onto a baking sheet and spread out. Place in the oven and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Serve immediately.
