satsuma, kiwi and lime dessert
Suitable for people diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, those who are suffering from a gluten and wheat allergy or intolerance.

ingredients
- 2 Satsuma s ,
- 2 Kiwi s , Fruits
- ½ Lime ,
- 5mlsp Clear Honey , (1 tsp)
- 15g Almonds , (½oz) flaked toasted
method
1. Peel the Satsuma’s and kiwis and slice the flesh horizontally.2. Place the fruit in a bowl or onto serving plates.
3. Finely grate the rind from the lime and sprinkle over the fruit. Squeeze the juice then put in a small bowl with the honey, stir together and pour over the fruit.
4. Sprinkle over the flaked almonds and serve.
