garlic and coriander ciabatta slices
This indian style gluten free garlic bread is a great accompaniment to a curry.
Suitable for people diagnosed with coeliac disease, those who are suffering from a gluten and wheat allergy or intolerance.

ingredients
- 4 DS-gluten free white ciabatta rolls ,
- 2 small Garlic Clove s , crushed
- 50g Butter ,
- 2 tbsp Coriander , freshly chopped leaves
method
1. Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 52. Slice the rolls into 3 lengthwise.
3. In a small bowl mash together the butter, garlic and chopped coriander.
4. Spread the herbed butter over all the cut areas of the rolls and sandwich back together into 4 rolls. Wrap each roll in greaseproof paper and place on a baking tray in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes
