Le Bistrot Pierre - go gluten free

Good news another delicious restaurant chain have jumped on the gluten free band wagon! I saw on the Le Bistrot Pierre Twitter page that they were introducing gluten free items to the menu, the food and more importantly for gluten free diners the service is excellent so I imagine that all the staff will be fully briefed on the importance of a gluten free diet.
