Our wonderfully versatile gluten free Ciabatta Rolls taste great straight from the pack or baked in the oven. Both gluten and wheat free, the White Ciabatta Rolls have a crispy crust with an airy soft crumb, the Brown Ciabatta Rolls have a mixture of sunflower and linseeds giving them a nutty flavour. Both the White and Brown Ciabatta Rolls are high in fibre. We'd love to hear how you eat yours!

I absolutely love puff pastry and have just noticed you do a cornish pasty with puff pastry. I am a vegetarian so please please will you do something for us veggies who love pies.

I LOVE the brown ciabatta rolls. I've tried everything but they're the only ones that remotely resemble real bread! But they're a difficult shape for sandwiches. Any chance of making them bigger to make sandwiches easier? At the moment, the filling falls out when you bite into them!

Tried the brown ciabatta roll warm from the oven very nice looking forward to the white one now, best bread yet. Are they nice when cold for a packed lunch? anyone tried them.
