DS-gluten free is proud to introduce the NEW Bontà d'Italia Margherita Pizza! This thin crust, stone baked Margherita Pizza is the first of our new sub brand, Bonta d' Italia. Bonta d’Italia means the "goodness of Italy", where we combine authentic Italian recipes and traditional cooking techniques to deliver great tasting gluten free food. We will be introducing other products under the Bonta d’Italia range next year.
Gluten Free garlic bread

The Bontà d'Italia Margherita has a thin base coated in a delicious tomato and herb sauce, topped with gooey Mozzarella, We think it tastes delicious with our DS-gluten free Tear & Share Garlic Bread but don’t just take our word for it! We took the new pizza to our Southampton Glutenfree World Day before it launched to get our customers opinions; here are some of the taster’s comments…

"It's like an authentic, homemade pizza. You wouldn't believe it's gluten free."

"I like it when a pizza has lots of cheese and this one does. The Mozzarella has melted really well; I could eat this on its own without adding toppings."

"Sometimes with gluten free pizzas you can only taste the dough, it might be because this one has a really thin crust but there's lots of flavour. "

While shopping in my local Asda, I was disappointed not to find my usual DS pizza, thinking that they had stopped stocking them, I was just about to leave empty handed when I spotted your Bonta d'Italia Margherita Pizza
I had it for dinner yesterday evening and it's amazing
The best wheat free pizza I've ever had - wouldn't know that it wasn't the real thing

My daughter was recently diagnosed with coeliac disease age13. This pizza is great all the family can eat it and she doesnt feel so left out.

I've been following a GF diet after being diagnosed with Coeliac for about 8 years now. It’s been quite a journey, previously I had been eating the other DS frozen pizza, but I must say after getting my hands on this one I fell in love! I just hope the local Asda doesn’t stop selling it :)

I like to add my own toppings to your Bonta d'Italia Margherita pizza and as has been said in previous posts it is about as good as it gets, but is there any possibility that the bases could be sold on there own, may be in packs of 3 or so so we could make our own pizza?
