I tried them (Sausage Rolls and Shortcrust Pastry) at my group, newly diagnosed (with Coeliac Disease) on Wednesday, absolutely fantastic the pastry melted in the mouth and excellent value.

I found the pastry easy to handle and roll, and liked the fact that there were 2 small packets in the pack. The results were good and non coeliac husband found them fine too - always encouraging!
