We were pleased to see our new gluten free and wheat free Shortcrust Pastry and Sausage Rolls have been reviewed by Foods Matter magazine this month.  In the August issue of the magazine, the review states that the Shortcrust Pastry "works excellently for both savoury and sweet dishes".   The reviewer also goes on to praise the Sausage Rolls saying that they "are a great success - flaky, crispy pastry and a good meat filling".  Foods Matter magazine is a monthly publication that covers all aspects of food allergies, food intolerances and food sensitivity.  From January 2010 the magazine will become completely web based.
