DS-gluten free loves nothing better than hitting the road and attending the many gluten free food fairs that are held across the country. For those of you who have never been to a food fair, they are organised by the local Coeliac UK group organiser. Lots of manufacturers attend and it’s a great opportunity to taste new foods, pick up tasty gluten free freebies and speak directly to the food companies.

Over the past few months we’ve visited many locations such as Edinburgh, York, Gloucester and Newmarket. It’s been a great opportunity to speak to the consumers, meet newly diagnosed coeliac patients and showcase our gluten free foods. Along the way we never missed out on a photo opportunity so we thought we’d share some snaps with our blog readers!

Attendees were able to sample our DS-gluten free Brown and White Ciabatta Rolls and at some events purchase 2 packets for the price of £3!

Our sister brand TRUfree were selling their Chocolate Fingers, Rich Tea, Custard Creams, Bourbons, Chocolate Nobbles and Digestive Biscuits 2 for £2. 





Gluten free Chef of the Year Michael McCamley demonstrated some of his signature recipes with our DS-gluten free Shortcrust Pastry and the Glutafin gluten free Multipurpose White Mix.
