DS Discover magazine is back! With every magazine we update readers on our latest news and reviews, including information on our new frozen tortellini ready meal, coming soon to Sainsbury's and the "Bontà d' Italia" Margherita Pizza which will be available in Asda at the end of October. As always we like to dedicate a few pages to gluten free recipes, in this issue we've developed some tasty gluten free dishes that take just 30 minutes to prepare!

The latest magazine also features an interview with our competition winner Tamsin, Tamsin won a gluten free meal cooked by our home economist, Gill. Tamsin’s daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease at an early age and with her 5th birthday coming up Gill came along to help host a gluten free children’s party - read all about it in Discover. With the increase in coeliac diagnosis rates and people suffering conditions such as Irritable bowel syndrome and autism benefiting from following a gluten free diet, some medical professionals are questioning whether wheat could be a possible trigger from some of our issues with digestion. In this issue of Discover, we investigate this further, looking at the history of wheat against the incidence of coeliac disease.
