2011’s Allergy and Gluten Free Show takes place on the 6th to 9th May at the Olympia 2, Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX. DS-gluten free will be attending and showcasing gluten free recipes ideal for dinner parties.

DS-gluten free are supporting Coeliac UK’s Awareness Week (16th -22nd May) “The gluten free challenge.”
Taking the gluten free challenge is all about encouraging the non gluten free eaters to try gluten free foods for one week to raise awareness of the condition and help them understand the challenges of coeliac disease. We think a good old fashioned gluten free dinner party is a perfect way to show off your gluten free baking skills. At the Allergy Show, as well as selling the TRUfree biscuits, two packs for £2, DS-gluten free are offering attendees dinner party starter bags for the bargain price of £3 (over £5 of gluten free goodies inside!).
