Dietary Specials (DS gluten free) is a Nutrition Point brand. Nutrition Point are a UK company who were established in 1998 to market and distribute wheat free and gluten free products for those with coeliac disease, wheat intolerance and dermatitus herpetiformis. Nutrition Point have two other gluten free brands in the UK, Glutafin, whose gluten free foods are available on prescription and Trufree, who offer a range of wheat and gluten free products in the supermarkets.Nutrition Point are part of Dr Schar, the leading manufacturer of gluten free foods in Europe. The Dr. Schär Group have been established for 30 years and are based in South Tyrol in Italy. They have dedicated gluten free manufacturing facilities in Italy and Germany and are at the forefront of research and development into achieving better tasting and better quality gluten free foods.
